EXOCAD – Partial CAD
The course is intended for Exocad users which would like to upgrade their knowledge in PartialCAD module and all of its functions, tools and options. Participants need to have previous knowledge of the use of Exocad programs.
Content:
- Classical, upper partial denture with three clasps
- Classical lower partial denture with two clasps
- Partial denture at combination technique (with attachments and milled stress-distribution arms)
- Implementation of attachment libraries and demonstration of preparing the »milled« primary elements (stress-distribution arms)
- Tertiary structures over implant-supported bars
Participant will have the option of complete individualisation of design:
- Preliminary design and set-up of virtual artificial teeth, which are prepared for 3D printing and used as a reference for the final design of the partial denture
- Adjustment (individualisation) and saving of own clasp, sublingual bar and palatal plate profiles
- Preparation and implementation of textures in bitmap (.bmp) format for texturing of palatal plate profiles
- Two participants are working on one computer
